Primer is needed if the surface you are putting the marking on is;

Concrete or block paving or
Worn tarmac or asphalt

New tarmac surfaces need no primer.

How to Use:

Spray application allows precise application with a minimum of mess. Make sure the surface is clean before applying and is free from any contamination including dust, moss, dirt, oil, grease and stones etc. The prepared surface must be totally covered with a thin even coating of clear primer. Ensure that the primer is thoroughly dry before applying the symbol or marking.
